Carter, is a retired Senior Army Non-Commissioned Officer. His certifications include NRA Training Counselor, NRA Basic Pistol, NRA CCW, NRA Rifle, and NRA Shotgun Instructor, Coach, Chief Range Safety Officer and Personal Protection instructor, CPR/AED. When not teaching, Carter can be found competing with shotguns, and pistols or serving his community through various organizations as well as mentoring boys and girls through Scouting America.
